Description
- Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the ledger.
- Reconcile supplier statements to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with payment runs, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Handle purchase ledger queries from suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions.
- Support month-end processes by preparing ledger reports.
- Assist with any ad hoc financial tasks as required.
Profile
- Previous experience in purchase ledger or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence in using financial software and spreadsheets.
- Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
Job Offer
