This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-value client relationships, lead on tender and bid processes, and present strategic solutions to senior stakeholders across multiple sectors.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities across corporate clients, developers, landowners, and commercial partners. Managing the full sales cycle, you’ll take deals from lead generation and tender submission through to board-level presentations and contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source and develop new B2B opportunities in line with growth strategy
- Manage bids, tenders and framework agreements
- Present bespoke proposals to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Proven B2B field sales experience (e.g. facilities management, real estate, professional services, or related sectors)
- Confident presenting and negotiating at senior or board level
- Experience managing tender and bid processes
- Commercially astute, strategic, and self-driven
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally
- Ideally based in or near London
