We are recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to provide ongoing care and support to a private client in their own home in the Ferndown area.

You will always work alongside another member of staff, ensuring support is delivered as part of a team.
The Role
You will provide practical, personal and emotional support to a private client in their own home, helping them maintain their comfort, dignity and independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Supporting with domestic duties and maintaining a clean, comfortable home environment.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Administering medication in accordance with care plans and training.
- Monitoring the client's wellbeing and reporting any concerns or changes.
- Liaising with multidisciplinary professionals involved in the client's care.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating relevant updates to the manager.
- Working collaboratively with your colleague to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Hours & Shift Pattern
- Permanent 28-hour weekly contract.
- Two 14-hour shifts per week.
- Consistent working pattern.
