Our accountancy and finance recruitment team is supporting a property business in Ferndown, Dorset with the appointment of a Bookkeeper on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will join a large finance team supporting clients and gain experience using a bespoke property system in a role covering a broad range of bookkeeping activities.
What will the Bookkeeper role involve?
- Supporting the day-to-day financial administration for a portfolio of clients
- Maintaining accurate sales and purchase ledger records
- Completing regular bank and financial reconciliations
- Using a bespoke property management system to process and maintain financial information
- Working collaboratively within a large finance function to ensure accurate and timely records
Suitable Candidate for the Bookkeeper vacancy
- Previous bookkeeping experience, including exposure to sales ledger, purchase ledger and reconciliations
- Comfortable working with financial systems and able to learn bespoke software quickly
- Accurate, organised and consistent in maintaining financial records
- Able to work effectively as part of a large finance team
- Available to undertake a six-month fixed-term contract
