Our client is seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join its successful Private Client, Probate, Tax & Trusts team in Farnham.

The Role
Providing secretarial and administrative support to partners and fee earners, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Powers of Attorney matters
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and audio typing
- Managing diaries, appointments and client communications
- Opening and maintaining client files and case management systems
- Liaising with clients, executors and third parties
- Assisting with billing and general administration
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Private Client, Wills & Probate or Trusts
- Excellent typing, document production and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Professional, proactive and client-focused approach
