Property Manager
Salary: Β£30,000 per annum
Location: Farnborough
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable Property Manager to join a friendly and professional team based in Farnborough.
This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience who enjoys working with landlords, tenants and contractors, and who takes pride in providing an excellent level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day property management activities across a portfolio of properties
- Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Responding to and managing routine maintenance requests
- Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs and ensure work is completed efficiently
- Carrying out routine property inspections and reporting any issues
- Coordinating maintenance and following up on outstanding works
- Maintaining accurate property records and completing general administration
- Communicating effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally
About You
- Has previous property management or lettings experience
- Has excellent organisational and administration skills
- Is confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Is proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Has a good eye for detail
- Is professional, approachable and able to build strong working relationships
- Has knowledge of Fixflo or similar property maintenance software (desirable)
