We are looking for an organised and accurate Hybrid Sales Order Administrator to join a busy team based in Fareham (Hybrid)
You will be responsible for processing new and amended sales orders, keeping customers updated on their order status, and working closely with different departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new and amended sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain sales orders using Sage.
- Ensure all orders are correct and meet business requirements.
- Keep customers informed of delivery date changes, stock issues and order progress.
- Liaise with multiple internal teams to ensure successful order processing.
- Arrange customer collections.
- Maintain live orders, ensuring all required information is obtained and stock is allocated ready for despatch.
- Provide inbound telephone support to the Sales team.
- Support the department with additional administrative tasks when required.
About You
- Experience of sales order processing systems and procedures.
- Experience accurately processing large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of Sage systems.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work accurately to deadlines.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- A positive, team-focused approach.
