Service Advisor
Location: Exeter
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Basic £34,000 - £38,000 OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday + Saturday rota
The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Exeter.
You'll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience while supporting the workshop in maintaining efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- - Booking in vehicles for service, MOT, and repair work
- - Providing accurate estimates and gaining customer approval
- - Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs
- - Upselling additional work, services, and products
- - Liaising with the workshop and technicians
- - Managing invoices and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
- - Delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction (CSI)
Requirements
- - Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- - Strong communication and customer service skills
- - Good sales and upselling ability
- - Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- - Experience with systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (desirable)
- - Full UK driving licence
