Thrifty Car and Van Rental are recruiting for a Credit Controller in our Credit Control Department based at our Exeter Head Office. To assist in the recovery of charges owed from retail and corporate customers for rental, damage, excess mileage, fines, and fuel charges.
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments.
- Communicating with customers regarding outstanding debts.
- Resolving any disputes or issues related to payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Location: Head Office
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday-Friday
Salary: £25,000 per annum
