Are you a CNC Programmer with experience working on Mills, looking to join a well-established people first engineering company where you will be working on bespoke exciting projects in a role offering lots of overtime to increase your earnings?
Do you want to join a varied engineering company that invests in its people, works on varied projects from bespoke components to large-scale assemblies for a range of demanding key industries including Civil Engineering, Construction and Industrial Processing?
In this role, the successful CNC Programmer will program, set and operate CNC machinery, interpret engineering drawings, carry out dimensional inspections, and manufacture bespoke components to demanding tolerances while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
This role would suit a CNC Programmer or similar with experience operating mills looking for a varied position within a stable company with a well-equipped workshop who offer an early finish on a Friday.
The Role:
- Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components
- Monday to Thursday 7:00 till 16:00 and 7:00 till 13:00 on Fridays
- Overtime paid at 1.5 x, up to 15 optional hours available per week
The Person:
- CNC Programmer or similar background
- Experience working within a precision engineering or heavy engineering environment
- Ability to work on both one-off/bespoke components and production runs would be advantageous
