Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced DBS chef to work with our client on an ongoing basis in the Evesham area. Working in an education setting, your main duties will include: Cooking from fresh following the set weekly menu rota Assisting the chef manager Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the chef manager Stock control including ordering Portion control Ensuring high standards of food & kitchen hygiene are kept at all times Recording daily & weekly paperwork accurately including daily fridge temperature checks Ensuring all dietary needs are met Qualifications & experience Previous experience in high volume catering is essential Food hygiene level 2 or 3 dated within the last 3 years Enhanced child DBS dated within the last 12 months or registered on the update service - Essential due to the expected start date.
