We’re a customer-centric company based in London, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our brand and help ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

Note: This role is a 12-month contract, the opportunity to convert to permanent will be available upon successful completion of the contract period.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve inquiries, providing product support, and ensuring a positive experience across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with internal teams to maintain high service standards and continuously improve our customer journey.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns, determining the root cause, and offering effective solutions
  • Meet performance metrics including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service updates, and company policies

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, support, or retail)

Proficiency in using CRM or customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)

Multilingual (especially European languages) is a plus
