The Sales Manager will lead the charge in winning new business, managing the pipeline and closing high-value deals. You will own the sales cycle end to end and play a major part in shaping our commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract completion.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term partnerships.
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalise agreements with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with BD, marketing and operations to ensure successful delivery of client projects.

- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

- Proven B2B sales success (technology, energy, infrastructure or similar).
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
