EUD Technician/Site Lead

p b ManTech /b seeks an experienced and passionate, career and customer-oriented b End User Device Technician/Site Lead /b to join our team in b Molesworth UK. /b The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting all desktop devices to include desktop VTCs and associated equipment, such as MFDs, laptops, and conference rooms. /p br Below, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck. br p b Responsibilities include but are not limited to: /b /p ul li p Provides installation/troubleshooting support to VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices as requested, and completes associated cabling work. /p /li li p Supports refresh, modernization, projects, and Service Task Order activities as required. /p /li li p Follows proper processes of equipment classification and sanitization. /p /li li p Conducts equipment surveys, inventories, completes database updates, and assists with logistical services for associated equipment. /p /li li p Works all of the above requirements within Service Level Agreement time windows. /p /li li p Travels to support other locations within the area as needed. /p /li li p 25% travel required /p /li /ul p b Minimum Qualifications: /b /p ul li p 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support. /p /li li p Experience in or willingness to learn installation/troubleshooting of end user devices such as VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices. /p /li li p Possess at least an IAT level I baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M such as A+/Network+, but must attain an IAT level II certification, such as Security + within 6 months of the hire date /p /li li p Customer facing experience. /p /li /ul p b Preferred Qualifications: /b /p ul li p Experience supporting CAN networking requirements. /p /li li p Experience with a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow. /p /li li p Experience with cabling installation, splicing, and fabrication. /p /li /ul p b Clearance Requirements: /b /p ul li p Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly /p /li /ul p b Physical Requirements: /b /p ul li p Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time /p /li li p Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer /p /li li p The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. /p /li /ul
