We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at their well-established automotive dealership in Grays, Essex. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing outstanding service, managing customer relations, and supporting dealership operations efficiently.

Duties of the Service Advisor:
- Professionally greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
- Manage service scheduling and coordinate with technicians to ensure workflow efficiency
- Upsell service plans and additional repairs appropriately
- Maximise sales through customer engagement and product promotion
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details
- Drive customer satisfaction scores by delivering high-quality service
- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer protocols and workshop procedures
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of dealership management systems such as CDK, ADB, or Keyloop
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
- Organised, professional, and highly motivated to succeed
