Are you an organised and professional administrator looking for a part-time role within a supportive school environment?
We are currently seeking a School Administrator to join a welcoming school in St Osyth, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy and rewarding setting.
The Role
- - Providing administrative support to the school office
- - Answering telephone and email enquiries
- - Managing pupil and staff records
- - Supporting visitors, parents, and school staff
- - General office administration and data entry duties
- - Working Thursdays and Fridays, 8:30am - 4:00pm, until February
Requirements
- - Previous administrative experience is essential
- - Strong organisational and communication skills
- - Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment
- - Previous experience working within a school would be advantageous but is not essential
- - Enhanced DBS Child Workforce on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
- - Available to start immediately
