Athona is currently recruiting a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to undertake 1:1 shifts in Essex. This is an ad hoc opportunity offering flexible shifts across days, nights and weekends.
Job Role
- Provide 1:1 nursing care and support to a patient.
- Monitor and support the patient’s mental health and wellbeing.
- Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team.
Essential for the role
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Current NMC registration.
- Ability to work flexibly across ad hoc day, night and weekend shifts.
- Experience providing mental health nursing care.
