Sharper Consulting Services is looking on behalf of our client in the Scottish Lowlands for an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) working in the commercial food & safety team on a short-term contract basis. Expected contract length is 6-12 weeks (Part time or Full time).

You will be experienced in carrying out food safety and food standards inspections, responding to complaints and enquiries.
