We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our international team and support commercial activities across the UK market. This is a field-based, individual contributor role - perfect for someone proactive, hands-on, and excited to work in the medical device sector, especially within the dynamic and highly meaningful area of fertility and human-assisted reproduction.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales strategy across assigned accounts in the UK.
- Visit clinics, fertility centres, and medical professionals to present our products and solutions.
- Promote customer education, provide product demonstrations, and collect feedback from the field.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Dynamics 365, Power BI).
- Identify market opportunities and support local product launches.
- Represent the company at national and international medical conferences.
- Travel at least 50% of the time to meet clients and attend events.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in English.
- Based in the UK and willing to travel frequently (minimum 50%).
- Ideally 2–3 years of experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare field — however, strong candidates with a solid commercial background in other technical or scientific areas are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of gynecology, fertility, or reproductive medicine is a significant advantage, but not required - full training will be provided.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
