Our clients are looking to recruit TechOne P&R Consultants for exciting new remote opportunities within their business. A TechnologyOne Property and Rating Consultant specialises in implementing, configuring, and supporting the CiAnywhere Property & Rating module for local councils and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Implementation: Leading the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Property & Rating module, often transitioning clients from legacy systems to the modern CiAnywhere platform.
- Business Process Analysis: Mapping existing business processes and designing improvements within the software to ensure efficiency in land information and rates accounting.
- Customer Support & Training: Acting as the primary contact for troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and delivering training sessions to end-users.
- Data Management: Managing property-related data, including annual billing cycles, supplementary cycles, and valuation management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Product Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with TechnologyOne P&R and CiAnywhere is frequently mandatory.
- Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of Local Government operations, particularly in Rates Accounting, revenue recoveries, and land information systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuration, reporting, and tools like Workflows, ETLs, and DocOnes.
- Consulting Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical users.
