    • Review project WIPs, financials, and account profitability—ensuring efficient operations and healthy engagement performance.
    • Foster a learning-oriented, collaborative environment that empowers teams to grow.
  • Operational & Business Excellence
    • Oversee project execution with project leaders, ensuring teams are clear on deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
    • Support account P&L management, ensuring commercial health and accurate forecasting.
    • Champion best practices, operational optimisation, and effective cross-functional alignment.

What You Bring

  • Deep expertise in social platforms, digital ecosystems, audience behaviour, and culture-driven brand building.
  • A track record of managing senior stakeholders, influencing executive decision-making, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience working across multiple regions or global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving when needed.
  • Strong leadership skills: empathetic, people-centric, organised, and capable of supporting teams through fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to manage concurrent workstreams with clarity and efficiency.
