We are looking for a Country Manager to lead and expand our business development activities in England.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing markets and execute the business development strategy in England
- Lead the full commercial cycle from opportunity identification to execution and follow-up
- Work closely with contractors, consultants, and authorities to integrate our solution into infrastructure projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction and convert successful projects into case studies and references
- Build long-term relationships and promote repeat business
Requirements
- Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience, preferably in road and/or railway infrastructure
- Strong understanding of infrastructure cost structures and value-driven solutions
- Well-connected in the industry and confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- People-oriented, credible, and comfortable working in the field

- Willing to travel frequently, including site visits (≈ 50%)
