Nuco Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established social housing contractor based in Enfield, who is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- - Coordinate marketing activities, social media and company communications.
- - Create engaging content, including newsletters, case studies and project updates.
- - Support the delivery, monitoring and reporting of social value initiatives.
- - Assist with bid and tender submissions, including social value proposals and supporting documentation.
- - Build relationships with housing associations, local authorities and community stakeholders.
- - Promote company achievements, community projects and contract successes.
- - Maintain marketing materials, records and performance reports.
Experience
- - Experience in marketing and communications.
- - Previous experience in social value delivery or coordination.
- - Knowledge of housing associations and local authority contracts.
- - Experience supporting bids and tenders.
- - Excellent communication, organisational and written skills.
- - A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- - A full UK driving licence.
