Electrical Service Administrator

A well-established HVAC and Building Services company is seeking an Electrical Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of electrical works, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, contractors are kept informed and customers receive excellent service.

Responsibilities

• - Planning, scheduling and coordinating electrical works for contractors.
• - Using internal systems to manage jobs, update records and monitor progress.
• - Handling incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
• - Liaising with contractors, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• - Managing appointments and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales.
• - Carrying out general administrative duties and maintaining accurate records.
• - Resolving scheduling issues and responding to changes efficiently.
• - Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• - Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• - Confident using computers and administrative systems.
• - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• - A positive, professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.
