e are currently supporting a prestigious luxury jewellery house in their search for an E-Commerce Assistant to join their team.

As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management and smooth running of the online store.

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing product content, imagery and online merchandising, ensuring the digital customer journey consistently reflects the brand's exceptional standards, luxury positioning and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • - Support the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website.
  • - Maintain accurate and compelling product content, including descriptions, specifications and pricing.

  • - Assist with online merchandising, product launches and website updates.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally with an interest in or knowledge of jewellery.

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and presentation are paramount.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • - Previous experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising or online retail.
  • - Experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is highly desirable.
  • - Strong working knowledge of Shopify.
  • - Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual presentation.
  • - Confident working with product content and imagery.
  • - Basic image editing and resizing skills using Adobe Photoshop or similar.
  • - Good working knowledge of Canva.
  • - Strong written communication skills.
