Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective organisations in a professional manner
- Secure qualified new business meetings for clients
- Identify and qualify opportunities through targeted outreach
- Build rapport and relationships with senior decision-makers
- Utilise CRM systems to manage activity and pipelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up leads from campaigns, events and referrals
- Coordinate outreach activity to support campaign objectives
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets
- Maintain consistent daily activity levels and standards
