Riverside in London is seeking an Activities and Dementia Co Ordinator to support residents with dementia, creating varied activity plans and coordinating volunteer involvement. You will work to empower residents and liaise with families to tailor care plans.

The role requires empathy, commitment and a proactive approach to enable residents to lead active, meaningful lives within a supportive community. 19 hours per week with pro rata salary.
