So why not join us at FPSM and be part of something bigger /p p br /p p strong What we are looking for: /strong /p p br /p p We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced strong Data Product Manager /strong to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Single Customer View (SCV). This is a critical role within our rapidly growing data organization, and you will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. You\’ll work closely with engineering, marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure our CDP is a powerful tool for understanding and engaging our users. You will report to the Head of Core Product. /p p br /p p strong You will be responsible for: /strong /p p br /p ul li strong Product Ownership: /strong Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our CDP and SCV, aligning with overall business objectives and stakeholder needs. /li li strong Requirements Gathering: /strong Proactively gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders (marketing, product, analytics, etc.) for data integration, access, and utilization. /li li strong Data Source Integration: /strong Oversee the integration of various data sources into the CDP, ensuring data quality, consistency, and completeness. This includes working with engineering teams to establish and maintain robust data pipelines. /li li strong Single Customer View (SCV): /strong Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive and accurate SCV, enabling a holistic understanding of our customers. /li li strong Data Governance & Compliance: /strong Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) within the CDP and SCV. Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures. /li li strong Internal Product Integration: /strong Define how data from the CDP/SCV can be integrated into our internal products and tools to enhance user experiences and drive business value. /li li strong Vendor Management: /strong Manage relationships with CDP vendors and other third-party data providers, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. /li li strong Stakeholder Management: /strong Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on the CDP roadmap, progress, and performance. /li /ul p br /p p strong You will be accountable for: /strong /p p br /p ul li strong Metrics & Reporting: /strong Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CDP, such as data quality metrics, adoption rates, and the impact on business outcomes.
