Role Overview

This role is a 12-month contract, with the opportunity to convert to permanent upon successful completion of the contract period. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve inquiries, providing product support, and ensuring a positive experience across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with internal teams to maintain high service standards and continuously improve our customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns, determining the root cause, and offering effective solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while maintaining clear communication with the customer
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
