Graduate Marketing Executive
Location: Croydon, South London Full-time Permanent Office-based
Our client is looking for an ambitious Graduate Marketing Executive to join their marketing function in Croydon.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent marketing graduate who wants to build a career in digital marketing, SEO and B2 B marketing within a technical, engineering or technology-focused environment.
The successful candidate will have a relevant marketing degree, strong written communication skills and a genuine interest in digital marketing. You should be comfortable working with technical subject matter and using data to measure marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- - Creating and editing website, campaign and marketing content
- - Supporting the development and implementation of SEO activity
- - Carrying out keyword research and optimising website content for organic search
- - Monitoring website traffic and marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- - Using Excel to analyse marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement
- - Supporting B2 B digital marketing campaigns
- - Producing marketing content relating to technical, engineering or technology-based products and services
- - Maintaining and updating website content
- - Conducting competitor, market and industry research
- - Supporting email, content and lead generation activity
- - Managing assigned marketing tasks and projects independently
About You
Our client is looking for a proactive and self-motivated graduate who is keen to develop a career in marketing.
You will ideally have:
- - A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related subject
- - Strong written English and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- - Some practical SEO experience, or a strong understanding of SEO gained through your degree
- - Good analytical and numerical skills
- - Experience or knowledge of Google Analytics 4
- - Good Microsoft Excel skills
- - A genuine interest in engineering, technology and B2 B marketing
- - Strong organisation and attention to detail
- - The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- - A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Location and Working Pattern
This is an office-based role in Croydon, five days per week.
Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Croydon, ideally with a journey of no more than approximately one hour.
