Job Description Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator Burton-on-Trent (Open to hybrid/remote working)

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Coordinator to join our Quality team. In this role, youll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to:
- Act as the first point of coordination for complex and multi-service enquiries received across SOCOTEC (either through web enquiries / emails / portals)
- Review incoming opportunities and identify potential cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Divisions and Business Units
- Coordinate multiple Business Units. -Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage of complex opportunities (until a specific Divisional owners is appointed). -Work with commercial teams to consolidate pricing, scope, assumptions, and programme information. Qualifications To be a successful Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator, you should be able to demonstrate: -Commercial awareness and sales focus -Ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities -Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
