A fast-growing consultancy specializing in digital work operating systems is looking for a London based CRM Implementation Specialist to join the team. You will be the Technical Expert in helping clients streamline operations and maximize the value of their work management platforms—particularly within the ecosystem. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations for UK-based clients
  • Plan and manage onboarding, configuration, custom automations, and integrations
  • Deliver webinars, workshops, and 1:1 sessions to coach and train users
  • Translate client requirements into tailored workflow solutions, including data migration
  • Balance technical build with client advocacy, coordinating with relevant teams
  • Provide post-launch support: troubleshoot issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years in technical implementation, customer service/success or technical support with B2B clients
  • BA/B.Sc in relevant field - must
  • Experience building workflows, automations, and data imports
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Familiar with APIs, Excel, and low-code tools like or Zapier
  • Based close to London, with flexibility for occasional on-site sessions
