The Coventry Site Operations Manager is a newly created, hands-on role responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our Coventry facility. This is not a desk-based position. The successful candidate will be expected to be present on the warehouse floor, actively involved in day-to-day operations alongside their team. Consolidating warehouse management, Health & Safety, and facilities management under a single point of accountability, this role is central to ensuring the site operates smoothly and that our operational teams are fully supported in delivering for customers.
The role manages a small on-site team and works closely with UK operations leadership and the wider operations teams.
This position is based on-site at our Coventry facility and reports directly to the UK Operations Manager.
2 Essential Functions
Warehouse Operations
- Manage all inbound and outbound goods movements including technical equipment, spare parts, consumables, and customer returns. xgikmsk
