Civil & Reinstatement Operative Coventry NRSWA Mandatory | Self-Employed CIS Subcontractors Location: Coventry and surrounding areas Pay: £180£220 gross per authorised working day Contract: 6-month initial contract, with possible extension Engagement: Self-employed CIS subcontractor Start: Immediate, subject to interview, verification, training and onboarding Bluegrid Technology Ltd, trading as Bluegrid Utilities, is recruiting 1020 experienced self-employed CIS subcontractors for water-meter installation, digging and reinstatement work in Coventry and surrounding areas.

The role includes:
- Water-meter installation
- Digging and groundworks
- Backfilling and compaction
- Road, pavement and driveway reinstatement
- Working safely around underground services
- Completing site photos and records NRSWA Five-Day Operative Training is mandatory before operational onboarding.
Existing valid NRSWA certification may be accepted subject to verification.
Applicants must have relevant practical experience, be genuinely self-employed, have or be able to verify CIS/UTR status, have the right to work in the UK, and be physically capable of regular digging and manual work.
