We are currently seeking an experienced Country Manager / Project Manager to lead and expand our business activities in England, driving market development and the successful delivery of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts by developing new markets and expanding existing ones.
  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of our solution, from initial planning and opportunity analysis through execution and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction, successful project outcomes, and the creation of case studies and testimonials.
  • Promote long-term customer retention and generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Act as the local ambassador for the company, representing our technology with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Profile & Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management within the civil engineering sector, with a strong preference for road and/or railway construction.
  • Proven track record of working with construction companies, contractors, supervisors, engineering firms, project managers, and government authorities.
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure project cost structures, with the ability to identify where our solution delivers maximum value.
  • Established professional network with the ability to open doors and expand business reach.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain trust through professional expertise.
  • A natural people person β€” attentive, detail-oriented, approachable, and relationship-driven.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively, including site visits, for approximately 50% of the role.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer β€” mandatory.
