Mid Kent Mind is seeking a Counselling Coordinator to maintain a small therapeutic caseload, undertake client assessments, coordinate referrals and allocations, and recruit and support placement counsellors.
You will contribute to developing a safe, responsive, and person-centred counselling service for the community MK Mind serves, while guiding student counsellors through their placement and liaising with educational bodies.
