We are seeking a Conveyancing Administrator to join an experienced, cohesive team at a well established law firm. This role involves managing various administrative tasks within our case management system, ensuring efficient handling of conveyancing processes from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Opening and managing files within our case management system (One Advanced).
  • Preparing contract papers and client care letters to be sent to solicitors.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to online verification (Thirdfort) and liaising with clients regarding the source of funds.
  • Preparing files between exchange and completion, including the preparation and submission of completion statements to solicitors with settlement statements to clients.
  • Arranging payment slips on completion and providing status updates to both solicitors and clients.
  • Managing the registration process at HM Land Registry and serving the required notices following completion.
  • Conducting final accounting and closure of files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Administrator or similar administrative role within a legal setting.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and conveyancing processes.
  • Proficient in using legal case management software, preferably One Advanced.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

This role is 100% office based, Monday to Friday from 9.30 - 5pm.
