About the role
The Company Commercial Solicitor will work alongside an experienced senior lawyer, with legal assistant support.
- Handling business sales and commercial agreements.
- Managing a varied company commercial caseload.
- Providing clear, practical advice and forming independent legal opinions.
- Progressing matters with limited day-to-day supervision, seeking senior input on more complex issues.
- Building strong client relationships while supporting the senior lawyer's focus on business development.
- Occasional travel to the firm's other offices.
What we are looking for
- A Company Commercial Solicitor with approximately 3-5 years' PQE.
- Experience in business sales and commercial agreements.
- Strong technical knowledge and sound commercial judgement.
- Confidence managing much of their caseload independently.
- The ability to recognise when guidance is needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- An interest in growing with the firm over the longer term.

Working hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9am-5.30pm.
