Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistant £12.71 per Hour + Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 05 00 or 12 00

The Recruitment Group is recruiting for three organised, reliable and detail-focused Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistants to join a friendly team supporting a range of fundraising projects.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with children's artwork, helping prepare drawings, paintings and other artwork for print. You'll be responsible for carefully scanning and processing each piece, ensuring artwork is accurately handled and ready for the next stage.

About the Role

As a Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistant, you'll work as part of a small team under the guidance of the Lead Administrator.

You'll carefully sort, scan and process individual pieces of children's artwork, ensuring each item is correctly recorded, processed and prepared for print.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, good organisation and the ability to work independently while helping the wider team meet deadlines and productivity targets.

Full training will be provided on the scanning software and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and carefully handle children's artwork
  • Scan artwork using dedicated scanning equipment
  • Process artwork ready for print
  • Ensure every piece is correctly accounted for and processed
  • Organise artwork packs to prevent items being misplaced
  • Enter basic information accurately into computer systems

  • Use scanning software following company procedures
  • Carry out quality checks on scanned artwork
  • Meet daily deadlines and productivity targets
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area
  • Work closely with the Lead Administrator and wider team
  • Support colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operation

Skills & Experience Required
