Duncan Lewis Solicitors is seeking a talented and experienced paralegal to join its Claims Against Public Authorities and Inquest department. You will conduct supervised casework, support other lawyers, and be involved in case preparation, research, client interviews, and attending court hearings and conferences.
Experience with Legal Aid Agency funded casework is highly desirable; CAPA/Inquest experience is advantageous. A strong commitment to civil liberties and human rights is essential.
