The Corporate Flight Attendant will deliver exceptional, personalized, and confidential in-flight service to a UHNW individual based in Dubai. The ideal candidate has extensive VIP aviation experience, particularly on the Legacy 650 and BBJ aircraft, and demonstrates impeccable discretion, refined service standards, and the ability to anticipate needs with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- VIP In-Flight Service: Provide ultra-premium hospitality tailored to the Principal’s preferences. Prepare and serve gourmet meals, beverages, and fine dining experiences. Maintain an immaculate cabin environment with luxury presentation standards. Ensure seamless guest experience from boarding to disembarkation.
- Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Conduct safety briefings, cabin checks, and emergency equipment inspections. Ensure full compliance with GCAA/EASA/FAA operational and safety procedures. Respond effectively to medical or in-flight emergencies.
- Cabin Management & Logistics: Manage cabin setup, stock levels, amenities, linens, and galley organization. Coordinate with pilots, catering vendors, FBOs, and ground handlers globally. Oversee pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight service operations.
- Confidentiality & Professional Conduct: Uphold strict privacy and confidentiality at all times. Maintain impeccable grooming, etiquette, and cultural sensitivity. Represent the Principal with discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Preferred Aircraft Experience
- Legacy 650 – Strong knowledge of galley layout, cabin configuration, catering management, and long-range service workflows.
- BBJ (Boeing Business Jet) – Experience with wide-body cabin service, multi-zone cabin management, extended flight durations, and elevated VIP service standards. Candidates with current or previous operational experience on these aircraft will be given priority.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5+ years of VIP or VVIP aviation experience (private, charter, or corporate).
- Valid GCAA/EASA/FAA Cabin Crew Certificate and updated safety training.
- Certified in First Aid, CPR, and medical emergency response.
- Background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or five-star service.
- Strong knowledge of UHNW service expectations and global etiquette.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
