We are seeking an Operations & Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team. The right candidate should be comfortable working with senior management and the leadership team. We are looking for someone:

Responsibilities:

  • Team & Office support: Provide daily administrative assistance and act as the go-to contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, keeping office operations running smoothly.
  • Senior leadership support & Diary management: Deliver high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team, including complex meeting scheduling and calendar management.
  • Travel & Event coordination: Organise meetings, events, and all travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation) to ensure the team is fully supported.
  • HR & People support: Help with onboarding and offboarding, manage employee benefits, and track time-off requests using the company’s ERP system.
  • Finance & Reporting: Process expenses, purchase orders, and invoices, and prepare monthly accounting reports while liaising with the external accounting firm.
  • Projects & Task management: Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, showing strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ownership of projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or previous experience in administrative, operational, or office support roles.
  • Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English as a must (Spanish is a plus).
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, a strong “can-do” attitude, and genuine enjoyment of working in a multicultural environment while delivering outstanding service to the team.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset, actively seeking opportunities to contribute to the rapid growth of our team.
  • Willingness and ambition to grow within the role, with the opportunity to develop into Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager responsibilities.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and actively contributes to the Firm's values and culture, fostering trust and confidence among colleagues.
