Owen Mumford are looking to hire a Team Leader for our Moulding department working on our 6am - 2pm or 2pm-10pm (alternating shifts). As the Moulding Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of Setters, Operators, and OGP Operators at the Cotswold site operating over a 24/5 pattern. This will include ownership of shift performance, the daily organisation.
