What Were Looking For:
Were looking for compassionate and capable Healthcare Assistants who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If youve worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, youll feel right at home with us. We value nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who can confidently support individuals with a range of health and support needs.
To be successful, youll need:
At least 1 year of nursing experience
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.
A Full UK driving licence
Safeguarding Level 3
A DBS registered on the Update Service
Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
Shifts: 12 hours Monday to Sunday days
12 hours Monday to Sunday nights
What Youll Be Doing:
- Administering medication
- Monitoring health observations
- Managing complex needs
- Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way
