Teaching & Learning Manager - Sport, Public Services and Care
Join our team to lead and inspire outstanding educational provision. You will drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, support staff development, shape an innovative and inclusive curriculum, and deputise for the Head of Learning to ensure exceptional student outcomes across a diverse portfolio of programmes.
As our Teaching & Learning Manager - Sport, Public Services and Care , you will:
Lead outstanding curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Drive curriculum development and quality improvement.
Develop, support and lead high-performing teams.
Build partnerships and manage resources effectively.

What you will bring to the role:
Proven record of teaching and assessment to a consistentlyhighstandard,includingtheuseof technology.
TeachingexperiencewithinFurther Education.
Provenrecordoftriallingnewdevelopmentswithin own teaching & learning and assessment and supporting the development of others .
Supervisoryormanagement experience.
Uptodateknowledgeofcurriculumandteachingand learning including sector priorities, proven through continuing professional development.
ACertificateinEducationorPostGraduateCertificate in Education, or equivalent.
