As part of my client's continued growth, they are opening a new office in Chichester with a clear ambition: to build and develop the next generation of high-performing sales professionals.
My client is looking for an ambitious Sales Account Executive to become one of the first members of their new Chichester team. You will have the opportunity to develop your sales career from the ground up, combining hands-on experience with dedicated one-to-one mentorship from the company's Associate Managing Director and one of its most established and successful sales professionals.

About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging carefully targeted businesses, introducing my client's services, and creating high-quality sales opportunities.
Using a combination of phone calls, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and personalised video outreach, you will build relationships with senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and generate qualified appointments. A key part of the role will be your ongoing development, working closely with the Associate Managing Director to receive dedicated coaching designed to accelerate your growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach well-qualified prospective clients.
- Conduct consultative outbound calls with senior decision-makers.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and engage target businesses.
- Follow a proven new-business outreach framework to identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Create and send personalised video messages to prospective clients.
- Build strong, professional relationships and understand prospective clients' challenges.
- Qualify opportunities, manage leads effectively through the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with colleagues and consistently work towards and exceed activity and sales targets.
About You
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Confidence making outbound calls, building rapport quickly, and communicating effectively.
- A consultative approach and a genuine interest in understanding business challenges.
- Confidence using technology, social selling, and video communication.
- A self-motivated, positive, and resilient attitude with strong organisation and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback, and continually improve to build a successful sales career.
