The Accommodation & International Admissions Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the College's international students and accommodation services.

Working within a friendly and supportive team, you will provide high-quality administrative support, respond to enquiries, assist with student inductions and welfare activities, and help ensure a positive experience for students, parents, agents and accommodation providers.

As our Accommodation & International Admissions Administrative Assistant, you will: Provide efficient administrative support for the Accommodation and International Admissions team, dealing with enquiries from students, parents, agents, accommodation hosts, staff and members of the public.

Maintain accurate records, reports and correspondence relating to accommodation inspections, admissions activities and student support services.

Support student inductions, welfare interviews, information events and intake weekends to ensure a positive student experience.

Assist with accommodation services including host visits, campus and residence tours, and providing support across halls of residence when required.

What you will bring to the role:
Proven administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising with students, parents, agents and accommodation providers.

IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records.

A customer-focused, proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to providing outstanding support to international students.
