What's involved?

• Covering short and long-term teacher absences across Chesterfield and surrounding areas
• Delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Working across different year groups, depending on your experience and preference
• Following existing lesson plans and school expectations where provided
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and positively
• Supporting pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Adapting quickly to different schools and classroom environments

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experienced within a primary school setting
• Confident teaching across different primary year groups
• Adaptable and able to settle quickly into new environments
• Confident with classroom and behaviour management
• Reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about education
• Looking for greater flexibility and a better work-life balance
