Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on board an Administrator with a difference. You will support different areas of the business, with your focus being on providing Sales Consultants with the data and information they need to engage with clients.
The role will offer plenty of variety, including general administration, managing social media platforms, updating the CRM, and getting involved in strategy meetings. This Administrator role will include the below duties:
- Reporting to the leadership team
- Generating data for consultants
- Updating client data through the CRM
- Prepping of client information
- Creating detailed reports for the consultants
- Researching company data
- Attending strategy meetings and discussing process improvements
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will require:
- Previous administration exposure is essential
- A dependable and attentive mindset
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Proficient across social media platforms including LinkedIn
- Naturally, a people person with the ability to hold internal and external relationships
- Full UK Driving License
