Accounts Payable Clerk - Hybrid in Cheltenham - Flexible working hours

We're recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a well-established organisation based in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy AP function while gaining exposure to month-end processes and wider finance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- - Processing and coding supplier invoices accurately
- - Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
- - Supplier statement reconciliations
- - Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
- - Preparing payment runs
- - Processing employee expenses and company credit card reconciliations
- - Supporting month-end activities including accruals and analysis
Essential experience:
- - Strong invoice coding and processing experience
- - Experience preparing payment runs
- - Experience processing foreign currency transactions
- - Exposure to inventory or stock-based transactions
